Audit is not the solution while advisory can make a difference in addressing today's supply chain challenges, we are at the forefront of providing
integrated consultancy & advisory services in an effort to drive changes and the approach has complemented and broaden our sustainability solutions.
Advisory is one of the interesting parts of our sustainability journey where potentials are unlocked. We design advisory roadmap that sets out clear
priorities and directions, provide benchmarking services which include initial gap assessment, root cause analysis, planning, organizing, training on
sustainability issues, engaging with suppliers and building meaningful collaborations from leadership to the line. This is how we build competitive advantage
beyond basic compliance to drive business value creation and it is conducted either in workshop manner or as a one-on-one advisory format, covering following
